Age verification
All content on cholotubegay.com ("the Site") is user-generated. Every account holder must register with a valid date of birth, and the Site's registration system rejects any account whose declared date of birth does not correspond to an age of 18 years or older. Users represent and warrant, under penalty of law, that they are at least 18 years old and that any content they upload depicts only themselves or persons they represent are of legal age.
No primary production of sexually explicit content
cholotubegay.com is a social/contact platform. The Site itself does not produce, direct, or finance sexually explicit visual content — all photographs and other media are uploaded directly by registered users ("secondary producers" under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, where applicable). Accordingly, records described in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 2257A, to the extent applicable to user-submitted content, are the responsibility of the individual users who created that content.
